I would like to setup an always on VPN running on a FireStick 4K to Private Internet Access while also streaming highest quality football streams.

VPN's bandwith is usually limited by the processor power of the device it is running on as it is quite resource intensive. (I have had trouble before with VPN bandwidth running on an ASUS router making streams unwatchable)

Can the FireStick 4K handle running a VPN and streaming? Does anyone know what the maximum bandwidth it can achieve?

EDIT: I bought the Fire Stick 4K and tested it using the official Private Internet Access App. My Internet maximum speed is Down 300/50 Up, but the fire stick will be limited by WiFi speed. I did each test 4 times.

With VPN 71/45 74/46 80/46 77/45

Without VPN 82/48 87/48 74/49 88/48

Pretty clear that there's very little impact from having a VPN running on the FireStick 4K.

Does Primestreams have a discord chat? Can't find any info on it.

Also I'm subbed through the main (.store) primestreams but my buddy subs through a reseller. He got a brand new PRO app but I can't find anything on my account page under downloads. Thanks in advance! (I use tivimate as number 1 but like to have the provider app for back up purposes)

Now that TPK is 100% toast and Dark Media is pretty flaky and unreliable .. anybody out there with some good suggestions for (2) providers. I always have a primary & backup using TiviMate. Suggestions?

Plex/shares is for getting movies and tv from someONE hosting such files... IPTV is for Live tv, not for on demand or catchup? so, one might need Kodi or Plex, and IPTV to replace the cable experience? thanks

Is there a way to search channel listings in Primestreams? I have been using it with Tivimate and it was tough trying to locate my local channels. Wonder if there is an easier way to search for channels to build your favorites.

Is there an app for iPhone to watch IPTV on? I am already a subscriber to BeastIPTV, im not sure if there app works on mobile but one like smart IPTV where you can upload your m3u playlist would be useful.

Is there a good IPTV Player app for Apple TV which supports catch-up function? I remember trying IPTV Smarters in the past, but it didn't have catch-up on IOS (although my provider had catch-up feature.)
