Few months ago i purchased a ROKU device to connect and iptv service to it . After i paid some good money for it i discover that they have removed the app that can load an iptv list . Since then it is on my shelf with what i consider money wasted . Is there any hope that they will get back those players ?

And since these players were reported as illegal and they got removed , why Smasung and LG smart tvs still have the smart iptv app in there stores ? is there any chance that this will be removed as well ?

I am on a university ethernet connection, the Internet is working fine with my Samsung TV (youtube and others) but does not work with SMART IPTV or NORA GO (for TVstreams) I have tried using a WiFi hotspot from my mobile data and the IPTV worked fine

I have used several services and most are great. I wan to explore adding my local channels to Kodi using IPTV playlist. I have tried to hookup a OTA to USB and created a mini server running debian and tvheadend. I was able to get the channels into kodi but had lots of problems.

1. tvheadend wouldn't get all the channels
2. I cant watch more than one channel at a time.

How do I capture live tv and create a m3u list to put into Kodi to watch on multiple TVs at once?

I bought a subscription and it has movies on it. Each movie has a url "this movie is provided by xxxx". I went on that site and sure enough it was a movie streaming website.

Is there a way for me to do the same thing for and movie streaming site I want?

So watching a channel which was being streamed from Now tv in the UK. The stream cut out - it went back to the Roku menu (on their side, I use an andoid box) then it went through the selections of channels on their side and restarted the channel to start the stream again. How do they do this? It seems like someone was sitting there watching the channel with me and when the provider stream stopped they went through and selected the right channel again lol

I got a trial from stick service for there classic package. Got it working on my phone with kodi, but the guide doesn't populate? I have checked I entered details correctly. I have a shield at home to use, but I am just trying it out while I am away on my phone. I would only use iptv if it had a guide. There website shows the guide working. I mainly use kodi at home but have never tried iptv before.

I have Area 51 as one of my providers. They've offered a good service for a great price (currently $7 a month) but just saw on their Discord that they're going to stop supporting M3U/EPG and moving to only their official app (which I honestly can't stand the look of). I much prefer Solar Player or TiviMate which require m3u and EPG. That's a deal breaker for me. Any good alternatives for about the same price?

So ATM I'm using the 4K fire stick/ fire TV (one in living room and one in bedroom) I'm currently running smart IPTV and tbh it works pretty much flawless but I'm just not a fan of the EPG at all I prefer mine to look more like sky setup if that makes sense?

So perfect player would be well..... Perfect except when I run I setup my m3u I get a lot of buffering and just not sure why? Is there any settings I may have missed? Just seems weird with smart IPTV working so great?

Even wondered if there are some alternative APK's out there with a good looking EPG that I don't know about maybe even a paid one that is a little more reliable? I have tried GSE but again got the same buffering issue?

I am using StbEmu on FireTV 4K with Gold TV subscription which I think is only Mac based.

I don’t know how to search or sort items in StbEmu as the fire tv remote doesn’t have any options. Do you use a different app for this?

I caved and bought a shield last tv with the gamer control since they are on sale again. I went nuts and loaded up like 8500 games so that was fun. Now transferring my Helix account that I was using on my BuzzTV box. I’ve tried 3 different IPTV apps and I like IPTV Smarters mainly for the easy interface for my family. Only problem I ran into was the EPG. I think I read Helix can’t have EPG on smarters? I had no problems on Extreme and Perfect Player. Before I gave up I thought I’d ask for help real quick. Thanks in advance!

How do I set up ProgTV to allow catch up? And how do I access it?

I've put Helix m3u into sources. I know that it supports catch up since I can access it with Smarters and IPTV Extreme Pro.

If any of you have figured this, I would love some detailed help.

After adding the playlist it loads all the channels no problem, and shows the categories/countries at the top. But clicking on each, it appears the App is trying to load it as a channel rather than showing all channels underneath.

Anyone else experience this or know of a fix?

Not sure if it's normal, but after the playlist loads it says "All Channels Group - 40000". Perhaps it might be treating the entire thing as a group, rather than individual countries on the next level?

I was clicking on some options and now I see 700 iptv channels. My dumb question is. I can’t recall giving my credit card anywhere so is this a limited trial or what ?

I want to know what settings I can choose in stb emu to help improve my service?

I've been messing about with stb emu for a few months and I have upgraded to pro. I've had many different providers and sometimes it will keep stuttering, repeating or freezing to the point where I turn off the device completely. And then sometimes it will work without any problems at all.

I have done many speed tests on my internet and the results show it fluctuates a lot. I have spent many many many hours in stb emu trying to configure the settings, half of which I do not understand. Resetting both device and modem doesn't help much. I am using the MPV player media player (which is a premium function) and have ticked the low-quality video decoding option. I am using MAG254 stb model and screen resolution is set on 1280x720. In the MAG settings, and in advanced settings, I put the buffer size up to 15 (max). I'm not sure what accelerated rendering option to choose or what else I'm missing?

anyone use the NextPVR app for apple TV? I am thinking about setting it up for my IPTV but before I buy the app I'm curious if anyone has any feedback.

Currently with Vader and their guide is great. Looking for a similar service that has an accurate guide specifically for Canadian/us content/sports/movies.

As well looking for a service with minimum 2ip’s and minimum 3 connections

My first year completely IPTV reliant on the Superbowl. I am a tad nervous. What are people's usual experiences with the SB? My IPTV provider is very good with high demand PPVs like boxing or MMa - will that stand me in good stead?

I just ordered an Nvidia Shield after hearing so many good things about it. I'm not much of a gamer but hoping it improves my IPTV experience. I currently have the Jetstream Android TV box. It's not bad but kinda buggy now and then and I do get occasional buffering. Is the Shield really that much better?
