Recently I started testing some IPTV providers. Since that I am new to all this, I thought it is better to sign up for 1 month and test the service before committing to longer subscriptions...I also prefer to use VPN not just to hide my activities from my ISP, but also for the other positive features of any VPN.
The issue here is that both my monthly subscriptions with Global Entertainment (http://glsh.org.uk/) and Helix hosting (https://helixhosting.ninja/) do not work properly with my VPN enabled. I can get the channels list, but when I click on a channel I get a message saying "Cannot opn url". Upon disabling the VPN, they work flawlessly, I also tested IPTVisEASY (https://www.iptviseasy.eu/), it was a trial account, and it was the same experience...I have to mention that I am using the GSE player...I also tested another player and it suffered from the same problem...
The strange thing is that at the same time I've had a trial account with ExcursionTV (https://www.excursion-tv.com/), and they work flawlessly with my VPN enabled (Great service by the way, I might subscribe).
The aforementioned 3 services are brilliant (No buffering), and they offer many choices, and I would like to stick with them but the VPN issue is a problematic for me....Can you guys advise me about the best way to use those services with my VPN enabled?
Thnx
*UPDATE*
Helix enabled VPN for my account, and now it is working w/o issues...
The xml file for the epg from vaders seems broken. http://vaders.tv/p2.xml.gz It is missing the closing </tv> tag this is breaking my iptv player for windows 20.
I'm not sure what I am doing wrong here, I am following this guide: https://www.reddit.com/r/PleX/comments/7ns3vq/guide_watch_iptv_in_plex/
I have tvheadend setup, and I am adding in my vader network. I have a valid account that I am able to use the m3u in VLC etc and it streams fine. When I add it in tvheadend I just get 0 muxes 0 services, 0 everything.
I am using
http://api.vaders.tv/vget?username=MYUSERNAME&password=MYPASSWORD
and have also tried:
http://vaders.tv/vget?username=MYUSERNAME&password=MYPASSWORD&format=ts&type=m3u8
with no success.
