Hi. I've been using helix for a few months and on the whole I've been happy but every other game I'll get buffering every couple of minutes and a reconnecting message now and then. It then does a fast forward thing to catch up and makes the whole thing a bit shit.

I've been using it on a fire TV stick on the TV and also on a fire tablet. In both case I've been using helix's own TV app. I've just tried instead using a web browser on the tablet and logging in at their URL and it plays flawlessly...

So I thought I'd ask how everyone else uses helix so that I can find the most reliable and consistent stream during a game. Thanks in advance.

I've noticed this quite a lot - many providers don't even try to hide who they are, I renewed with one earlier (which was a mistake, it's still broken but it was well before the XC disaster), and they only accept cards, payment gateway is under their real name - took me about 30 seconds to figure out exactly who it was and where they work... is it just that they think nobody will get them? because I doubt law enforcement would have any problem finding the same info either....

It seems most services provide packages via their website. Why would someone go with a reseller over going directly to the source? Or am I missing something?

While I wait for my provider to get its shit together I was thinking about subbing with MFG for a month. I’d read how they didn’t use XC and so were unaffected. Could someone subbing with them provide some insight into their service? Are they in fact working, what has your experience been like? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Anyone used this service? I applied for the trial and was emailed back the next day with details. Had all the channels I need, so I went ahead and bought a few months subscription with bitcoin.

Not heard anything from them for 3 days now. I know a lot of providers have suffered recently, so I am just going to sit tight and hope for the best

I realize these are uncharted times but I do have a sub that I don't want to lose if possible. Of my 4 subs that I have, one emailed us with an extension until things sort out. One I have no problem letting go away. Another I joined right before the hit last week. I haven't heard from Area-51 but my renewal is up in a few days (I did get an invoice but the website is down). I never joined their Discord, so I'm in the dark. I'm perfectly willing to roll with however this sorts out, but I really don't want to lose Area-51 if they survive the current situation. An Area 51 discord invite would probably be most helpful, if anyone has any advice.

Hi everyone, I'm very new to IPTV, well I say new my friend recommended to me about 18 months ago that I try IPTV from a guy he used on twitter. So I had a trial and thought it was great so I subbed to him had the odd little issue but I would message the guy on twitter and he would sort it within minutes which was great. I havent been able to find the guy on twitter for the past month or so but my tv has still been working. But now obviously all the stuff that has happened my app no longer works I just get "network error please try again" I am assuming that is all linked.

Anyway that's my history with IPTV. Now reading through this sub I understand that he was more than likely a reseller. I would like some advice off some more experienced people on here on a few things; I would like to know if there is anyway for me to find out who my main provider would be and what I can do now, do I just wait to see if he can get it back up or do I start looking for someone new?

I am currently using the syndicate IPTV plus app on a fire stick, used smart IPTV app on my tv before this but my tv didn't have enough memory or something to support all series so I had a limited few on there, hence why I switched to fire stick.

Hey guys, I don't know why... I tried a lot of players... but I'm thinking now that the playlist is wrong on NitroTV.
Not all Candian channel are working (example CTV) Error during loading. Also, all Canadian French channel are wrong , like it's playing, but the wrong channel. Something like TVA or RDS will give me something in Dustch and not sports at all lol ...
Am I the only one facing that ? I was exited by NitroTV... but I'll cancel it if this is not getting fixed soon.

• useful Android features
• better viewing experience

Based on everything I'm reading on this we are all in the same boat. I made the mistake of listening to others advice on subs that were working only to find no better than what I already have. I am up to 4 subs and none are running spot on. Sit tight until they run out instead of thinking any service is up at 100% . keep one that works best
