Just curious on the channel list for both. Do they both have similar channel lists?

Is there a way to disable sleep mode,or extend the amount of time untill sleep/standby?

I'm using PIA VPN set to connect to one location. The connection is on 24/7 and the IP address remains the same for the whole time it is connected.

I'm having issues with IPTV providers automation and keep getting blocked because my IP has changed more than 15 times in 24 hours.

I have contacted PIA and had the response:

"Our servers may be routing you through one of our other servers and then back to the same exit node and that may be interfering with your IPTV. I would also like to let you know that your IPTV may be blocking our IP addresses as they normally do not allow for VPNs. "

Has anyone else had issues similar to what I'm having and how did you resolve it?

Is there a video tutorial?

Are there any Legal IPTV services that use m3u-XML type streaming that I can use in my media player?

Not interested in any service that require additional apps or hardware.

Wondering if anyone has this service? I think I know the answer though as emailing their support kicked back an error and their number is no longer in service.

I am trying to purchase a service from Helix, but using CCs gets denied because of the CC handler that they use (e1pay) gets denied by Visa. Not sure about Mastercard. They told me to get an Amazon UK Gift Card and that I'd have to do it by using an VPN.

All of this sounds like too much of a faff.

Has anyone successfully purchased a service with Helix? If so, how? Otherwise, can you recommend a similar service? Helix is brilliant, but having to jump this many hurdles?

All channels are failing for me.

I was trying to setup my IPTV list for kodi. Everything went well and in the TV section of kodi I could see all my channels and their logos. But clixking on them would throw errors. That's when my IPTV provider told me that they dont allow kodi to stream their service.

Any of you know a workaround?

P. S. I tried with the BASIC PVR Simple IPTV client (kodi addon).

I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue with either a) 1st gen firestick or b)IPTV. I'm using Northern Wifi IPTV atm, installed about week n half 2 weeks ago. Worked fine for that period of time, but now the app doesn't load. Upon launch the screen quickly goes from grey to black, no loading bar as it previously did, just blank.

Similarly had an issue with a smart-stb app and another iptv provider. Same thing, worked great for about a week or two and then it just up and quits. Has anyone ever heard, seen or experienced this issue or anything similar?

I'm stumped. I've tried reloading, restarting, reinstalling and even tried running a VPN. IP Vanish has issues with 1st gen firestick, go figure!

The app wont open and channels won't play through Tivimate.

Either I'm banned or the service is down.

Edit: Well this is the 2nd complete outage within around 2 weeks. The 1rst led to me learning that there are loads of other services out there and Apps like Tivimate exist. Pretty much will not be renewing with Epicstream no more.

Edit 3: IMO when any kind of inconvenience big or small, I would appreciate a simple email describing upcoming changes or maintenance. I understand a lot of work goes on behind the scenes but keeping customers informed seems basic business practice. DNS change? Email me/us. Server going to be down? Email me/us. Business sold? Let me/us know via email? If the resellers don't know then they need to know so email them so they can pass it on to their customers. Otherwise shit gets posted on Reddit or some public social media. Thanks.

I got helix and have been trying to get the guide to work for 2 days now but cant figure it out. I got it to work with the 25 max channels then subscribed for a year and those channels went away and I cant get anything to show up in my guide. Any experts around to help me? I am going crazyyyyyy

So I’ve been using Gears TV Reloaded and so far so good. A channel goes out every now and then and the seldom buffer, but I’ve been impressed with them as an IPTV service and how quickly they work to get their channels up and running again. I have started trials with cheaper ones and have found the quality of streams to either be just as good if not better so I’m wanting to switch and have started using Tivimate and plugging in the m3u link during the trials. My questions are:

1. Is premium Tivimate worth the money for multiple sources?

2. Is there a better option than Tivimate that some people would recommend?

Anyone here using Helix? For some reason, the last two times I've paid, some Chinese payment provider processes it and ends up charging me a couple Euros extra due to the exchange rate between Yuan and Euro.

Despite screenshots and proof, Helix denies using any Chinese payment processor and basically says nothing more. Anyone here facing the same issue?

So, my Perfect Player works fine but every now and then it changes its starting list, going from All Channels to some random list. Is there a way to fix this? I didn't find an option to change the list/channel the app opens to, or anything else really.
