New at this, my provider offer 3 M3U options, which should I choose: TS, HLS, MPEGTS (I thought TS and MPEGTS were the same thing). Planning to use on a Shield with TiviMate, with fairly high internet speeds.

I have a new Dreamlink T2 which I understand plays 4K. In the video settings (in the Android app) however, the maximum listed is 1080p. My provider claims to provide 4K though I am skeptical. Am I missing another setting or is the 4K option only available if the provider streams UHD?

Xiaomi Mibox 4k. VPN connection pulling ~80Mbps down and up. Found the provider on Ali.

I would understand if it would buffer and then keep playing but it justs skips back and forth a couple of seconds every minute.

Hi guys have installed smarters on my pc.Everything loads okay.The problem I have is some streams have video and no audio.The same with some vod movies.Any recommendations for a good player for iptv for Windows.I have tried various web players and just the same.On android everything works fine

I'm looking to replace an old android box which was originally used for kodi and now iptv. I was looking at formuler boxes due to the ease of use of the mytvonline app as it needs to be straight forward for other people in the house. The specs of the box don't look particularly good for the money and I've since seen implayer and tivimate which give a similar GUI. Id like a decent remote like the formuler boxes, but no problem buying a seperate one.

I'm reasonably competent technology wise and have no problems flashing a Rom if that's going to give me a better experience. Budget wise I'm looking probably up to £150 but it's flexible within reason. I'll stick a list below of a few boxes that have caught my eye. If anyone could give me a heads up if I'm missing anything or any reason I should go with one over the other I'd be very grateful.

Beelink gt king/pro (I've read of issues with tivimate on these not sure if custom rom would fix that. Not fussed with the extra audio certifications on the pro so possibly the standard would be the best option)

So I am trying to play around with settings on my IPTV Smarters App and its like it just goes whote then vack to homepage, any ideas how to fix this? Also how do I get stuff under Movoes and series os that something my iptv provider provodes orndo I meednto put something else there to get that content.

The LG Channels app uses IPTV channels and adds them to the list of normal channels (DVB, cable, etc.).

My idea is to add my own IPTV channels there, and not have to use an app every time I want to watch them. Surely there is no answer for this (knowing that LG doesn't use Android), but is there a way to use my own IPTV channels on LG Channels?

My “friend’s” stb emulator keeps crashing when it finds a channel it cannot play.

Any solutions as he has never had this happen on other servers.

Hi, I’ve got a new magbox in the mail today. But when I try to add my Iptv list and go to Iptv channels the device just freezes and nothing happens. This is despite if I trying straight from the adding or from the home menu. I’ve tried factory reset but still the same problem.

Ive ordered my new tv so I don’t know exactly what apps are there yet. I know Sony has Android TV but I wasn’t sure if there are still limits to this when it comes to IPTV. I’m also worried about an IPTV app potentially messing up a very expensive TV if it gets a virus. Is it still worth it to get a box or can my Smart TV do everything the box can now ? Thanks.

Would like to run my own IPTV playlist through my Nvidia shield being used as a media server. Unfortunately all the IPTV plugins require access to a PC which I don't have. Is there another way around the need for a PC? I'm usingy shield as the server. I have the IPTV plugin installed and can see it, but imputing my credentials just saves and doesn't seem to populate any channels or anything. Can somebody help me.

I have a dreamlink t3 which is a smooth box. However when I go to play a recording or or catch-up it goes back to the beginning automatically. Could someone be remotely controlling my box. Is it possible. Can or does this box have any security flaw. Is their anything I can do. as I was thinking of selling it.

So, I don't know how the IPTV signal is extracted, I'm guessing from satellites and then broadcasted online?

Anyway, my questions: I have an IPTV subscription (s) from an online retailer but don't see few channels that I like.

1- What do I need as details to send to the retailer to add them ? I went on Lyngsat and there are some details about the frequencies, satellites and such.

2- One retailer said that he cannot change the package list, what does it mean? being lazy or buying it from others providers ? somethin esle?

Any suggestions how to deal with this, other than changing the provider?

I'm new to IPTV streaming and am looking to purchase an Android TV Box/Stick for use with IPTV and also streaming services (Netflix / Prime Video / Apple TV+ / Disney+ / HBO GO).

I've read quite a few posts here on Reddit and it seems the unanimous streamer app reccomendation is TiviMate, so I'm looking for hardware devices that support it specifically.

As I have no experience and there are literally hundreds of devices available, and the availability and price of them is extremely different across the world, I'm looking for your opinions. It seems I have five choices. Prices listed are in my country (Brazil) as of today.

I'm leaning towards buying the Fire TV Stick 4K. Amazon has official widespread support in the country, the hardware is quick, and price is affordable. If the Chromecast 2020 didn't cost over half as much, it would be my choice. The nVidia Shield costs more than I'd be willing to spend at this first moment.

I'm finding my IPTV providers EPG a bit lackluster, what do you guys use? Any recommendations are welcome :)

Im using tivimate. Im assuming I put the epg information im correctly.

Has anyone had any experience with both? Take pricing out of it, is MOL2 essentially the same? Overall quickness of the systems? I'm need to upgrade my box and I'm looking at these two. I like that gtv has android tv OS but are there issues going this route compared to the z8 mobile OS. Thoughts?
