So I got the free trial with EPIC and I'm struggling to set it up. I ideally want to use it on my PC if possible but can't find a client easily. I will use it on my SmartTV if necessary but also having difficulty setting that up as my list isn't showing up on my TV despite entering MAC and user/pass link into siptv.eu.

I've only successfully got it to work on my phone and the quality looks amazing. Would love to be able to get it to work through my other devices as they would be my primary viewing means.

So the xfinity stream app keeps saying it can't connect when I try to enter my info and to check the connection. Is this some sort of block and is there a way to by pass it? Anyone else having this problem? I'm a bit of a noob at this :/ thanks.

I have been seeing a lot of stuff about crackdowns for kodi users concerning pirated content and the subject of iptv came up. Aside from the torrent freak and tv add-ons articles which are obviously self serving I also saw a story done on the news here in the u.s. I use paid iptv service and I know that tv providers have to pay licensing fees to broadcast channels and I'm also quite sure that most small iptv sellers can't possibly afford those fees. So is iptv piracy or does it fall into a different category and am I safe using it?

I installed fos and I added some stream in it.

The problem is when I put a link, it stream from the server where the panel is installed.

Per example, i put the link of a youtube live channel the logic is it should just redirect the connection and stream from youtube and not from my server.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Anyone know why a good chunk of the north american channels have no guide info? Ive only been subscribed for a day, so im wondering if this is a temporary issue or if its always the case.

hello can anyone pelase tell me portal url of iptvprivateserver and iksprivateserver? for some reason portal1-5.iptvprivateserver.tv is not loading for me.. :(

So I have an android box and use kodi on the regular. I'm seeing people offering a paid service for "hd" tv streams, ppv, sports and all the fun stuff through another type of box. But the the box has kodi on it? What am I missing here? What service is this?

Side note.... I'm on mobile and I can't search the sub for some reason.

When the reality is you cannot compare the two and here is why. Kodi is used for multiple things. T1, mag250, etc are DEDICATED BOXES with software SPECIFICALLY for iptv. You cant really compare them. Does kodi have alot of great things? Absolutely. Does kodi do more than a dedicated box? Absolutely. Is a dedicated box better at iptv than kodi? Absolutely. But thats ONLY because its a dedicated software, kodi just isnt written to play well with iptv. End of story. There are some great streaming services that are kodi based. However, look at vue, slingtv, and directv now. All have buffering issues, and stability issues? Sound familiar to most kodi based services? thats because there isnt a perfect way to do it. Its close, but not there. Dedicated boxes are where iptv shines and shows promise. Dont hate one or the other. All progress is progress. Feel free to share your thoughts about them, and hopefully we can start more discussions like this and create a badass new FAQ. Cheers.

While I'm not new to cordcutting (cut the cable/satellite cords 8 years ago!), IPTV still seems like the wild west to me. Are there any IPTV providers that offer a PVR-on-the-cloud service rather than downloading to your device?

USTVNow offers a service like this, but their free channel selection is tiny. I used to subscribe to Aereo which offered PVR service in the cloud, but they got sued out of the business. I like how MLB.TV provides their games, an automatic archiving of all their games (I'm not expecting an underground IPTV service to provide this).

The advantage of this would be to save on (client) bandwidth as I notice many IPTV providers don't allow more than 1 stream at a time. Anything out there like this?

I'm looking at getting a dreamlinkT1 plus when it's released as I need to upgrade my Kodi and IPTV setup (Kodi running on a pi and IPTV on my laptop); I want the t1 plus because it looks like it can run kodi and IPTV well (Not to mention the PVR function) and I've been dying for an all in one box.
Obviously it makes sense to make the best of my current setup until the t1 plus gets released and I want to know what the best software to use IPTV on Ubuntu. EPG doesn't worry me; I just want the streams to be stable and that's about it; nothing else. Any suggestions​?

I've been looking around for a IPTV provider that includes US Cartoon Network, either SD or HD but HD obviously preferred.

I was looking at the Ipguys channel list (my first choice) and it doesn't seem to be included but I may be mistaken.

Bonus if there is any Canadian news channels based out of Manitoba.

Since about 2 hours, the IPTV from premiumiptv.net is down for me. I can only access the VOD's, but not the actual channels.

Is there a problem, or is it just me?

OK so I am willing to spend a little more for reliable service. I know most of the people on here are shopping for the absolute lowest cost but who is the premier ultra best provider regardless of price?

Anyone use Mag254 with either of these devices?
