I have been doing a little investigation and want to purchase a MAG, i was thinking of going for a 256 but it appears that only works if the service provider supports stalker middleware 5.0 and above. It appears there are some service providers that do.

Would you recommend I got for 254 or 256 ?

I know in the past there were issues with MAG256 but maybe these have been sorted now ?

What percentage of Service Providers would support the MAG256 requirements ?

I'm trying IPTVSubs out, because I want NHL Center Ice, and it's listed in their channel list and guide. I have everything working fine, channels are working except the NHL CI channels are black / nothing showing.

Anyone have any info on IPTVSubs and their NHL Center Ice channels?

Hello guys, I just bought a month of IKS66 to give it a try to see how it is. I may have jumped the gun I suppose because all the guides I see to set it up state to use Stalker IPTV Add-on which I am now reading is no longer available anymore.. Is there another client I can use this with in Kodi...?

I live in orlando near disney and since moving here within 1 week of using my normal torrent sites I was sent a notice to stop downloading any stuff that broke copyright or lose my service. If I use iptv will it be detected as well?

My parents have recently cut the cord, and I'm trying to set up a nice Kodi-based IPTV box for them. I'm experienced with Kodi, but new to IPTV.

Their needs are very basic: some movie/series channels, at least one good English-language news channel, and some motorsports (particularly F1).

They're fine with paying a subscription fee if that means better quality (they're currently using NTV.mx). They used to pay $60/month for cable so anything below that is good. HD is not necessary, but would be a bonus.

Since it's for my parents, I'd like to make it as user-friendly as possible, so something with EPG capabilities/Live TV integration in Kodi would be nice. Also, a setup which requires as little configuration as possible after the initial setup would be preferable, so that I won't have to play the tech support guy too often.

So I have a Raspberry Pi 3 running Kodi 16 and using IPGuys on the Stalker client. The channels work fine but the EPG doesn't seem to load. I've tried setting it to 1 day and then clearing the settings, but it still won't load. Any tips on troubleshooting this? Thanks! EDIT: After some testing, Kodi 17 beta 3 worked!

Hi, I'm currently running my iptv on Fire TV via Kodi. I'd like to get a box because I hear it's a better experience, but I know nothing about them other than what I've read here. Is a box really that much better? What is the difference between these two? Are there any others I should consider? I really only need it for iptv- EPG and recording capability would be nice. So, I've been researching all day and I seem to be at a loss.

There are too many choices to search through and I am having some difficulty seeing which solution would be most appropriate for my needs.

I would like to get rid of my family's current cable provider and replace it with IPTV.

Must haves include a TV Guide menu similar to cable. And I also need the ability to program and save shows. Ideally I would like to do this to an internal fileserver.

I am looking for live TV service and am willing to pay a monthly subscription fee. I am using one right now that is ok, but I am hoping to find something that is more established and reputable. Would be nice if I could get the TV Guide to work in the PVR IPTV Simple Client addon. I don't like having to find and select streams for channel. I just want to click once. I like the channel surfing experience. I am using Kodi with Mbox.

Does an IPTV really mess with how well an IPTV service works? What i mean is my internet speed is really fast, yet on my android box it seems to buffer alot (on KODI)

I am looking at other boxes and most of them are the same specs as mine.

Is there an android box that would work the best with most IPTV services?
