Has anyone tried tivimate or IMplayer on an Android TV? I'm planning to purchase a Xiaomi Smart TV on Amazon. It's got 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal plus a quad core processor. I'm thinking that's plenty of muscles for these apps. Not really looking to spend additional money for a box.

I tried many apps to cast my iptv on chromecast, like GSE but "Failed to load media", i tried lot of apps, only movies are working but there is only audio (if some1 have a fix for that too). Someone found a solution to cast iptv on chromecast? Maybe it depends of the m3u i bought? Some of them are compatible with chromecast ? Thanks!

I'm not a heavy TV-user myself but my father is and I'll be welcoming him for quite an extended period of time so I'm thinking about getting IPTV so he doesn't get bored :)

I have a Smart TV but it's not probably one of the oldest Smart TVs really, the app store is super restricted, Netflix's version from the appstore sucks and it's a FHD screen. I was considering getting a roku stick but I found out thanks to Reddit (please correct me if I'm wrong), that it's no longer possible to have IPTV on Roku products.

Most people here seem to recommend the Nvidia shield but honestly it's a bit of an overkill for my current TV and needs/use so it's not ideal.

Given all of the above, could you guys give some suggestions as what would be the best way for me to get IPTV ? I'm interested in absolutely any advice, either in terms of boxes I should consider but also providers. P.S : For providers, I'd be interested in monthly subscriptions as I will most definitely not use it for a full year.

Just a quick question...I've hooked up with a new provider, and unlike other providers, when I switch streams, is changes extremely quick! What are they doing that others don't?

The provider says they don't buffer streams.

I have 2 accounts with the same provider. One was a test account and one I paid for. The subscription is for 1 device but the paid account can't log in without too many devices error. I can only get in with the test account. I have factory reset the device still same problem. Is my MAC or IP address locked?

When I apply the ISP's IPTV settings in my router, the internet over wifi is very slow, and sometimes there is no internet at all. When I remove these settings the problem disappear. I cotacted my ISP but they are so dump and have no solution.

Hello I have a nbc gold pass and want to stream through AirPlay to my tv. But as soon as I try I closes down so the videos don’t start.

I use vpn on the iPad but don’t think that will affect it.

I tried osmc Vero 4k+ but I'm not satisfied. I am looking for the best IPTV box and software for using with a TV. I currently have an m3u Playlist and xmltv URL.

The features im looking for

• nice, clean and quick user interface
• time shift
• recordings
• no lags even with 4k streams
• epg
• TV remote working with hdmi cec
• quick channel change

Recently tried one month IPTV service Comstar TV, I have fiber internet, getting speeds of 30 to 40mb, I use an android box to run the IPTV which is directly connected to the internet via ethernet, getting speeds of 60mb plus, my internet provider is SKY, the service does not work, it tends to work on off peak times, either really late at night 11 oclock onwards until 12 the next day, I cannot pick up sports in the middle of the day which is the main reason why I bought the service, Can someone explane why it is not working, Country Ireland

im using smart IPTV for my samsung smart tv. Everything works fine when i choose not to use EPG. the EPG url works with Kodi. but not with Smart IPTV. it just crashes when i try to load the app.

Hi, I'm trying to use kodi on my RPi3. But i have a problem with iptv simple client handling epg. I have an m3u list with 50-60 live channels and huge vod archive. Everytime I launch simple client or reboot RPi3, "import guide from" process begins and it takes at least 1 hour. My epg file only contains epg for 40 live channels but kodi tries to find epg for every damn single vod. Is there a way to fix this? I just need epg for 40 live channels. Couldnt find a setting to achieve this.

I am using a Formuler Z7plus IPTV box with an IPTV provider. Worked in Spain for many years. My IPTV provider told me Not to use a VPN. So I did not for my Formuler box. 2 months ago I changed my internet provider from Orange to Masmovil. Fiber optical 600 mb up and down. For 2 months everything worked perfect, but now I cannot connect to the IPTV portal anymore. The IPTV provider said there are no problems on their side. Only after using my VPN (Proton) on the Formuler box I can get connected, but all channels stay black, probably not enough speed anymore.

Anyone with a solution?

New to using IPTV, using a media computer in my living room. Trying to find a player with a decent UI. I've tried a few players form the windows store but wasn't impressed (myiptv) Tried to use Kodi but wasn't able to set up probably.

Edit: thanks for all the suggestions, couldn't find anything I liked on windows. Caved and got a MI Box S. Tried Smarter IPTV, but wasn't displaying EP data correctly. Currently using TIVIMate and I'm liking it so far. Anyone know how to re-orginize the channel groups? Like if I want US channels at the very top, how would I do that?
