I have a Fire Stick (non-4k) that buffers regularly while my shield has no problem at all with the IPTV service. Is the non-4k Fire Stick not adequate for IPTV? Should I upgrade it to a 4k?

hi. I have just upgraded from gen 2 to 4k Firestick. I contacted provider who switched my service to new Mac address (using stbemu) now service is blocked. I checked and the account info shows active but no joy, so I reset Mac address on old stick to mirror new one and that one sprang into life. so it appears my new one is not compatible with the server. (I tried a trial gift from a different provider and all worked ok so its not a stick issue.) I am using a vpn on both sticks. the provider is stumped also. Anybody have this issue?

What program is everyone using to watch on their PC? I just set it up with VLC and am underwhelmed without categories. Did I do something wrong? Is there a better program?

I just notice the fire cube just drop from 149.99 to approx. 96.00 but what worries me with them is herd they taken away loading other files ever by side loading but I use other services I pay for so not so sure they a decent option either anymore.

Even my shield pro quit a few months ago as sure something was cut by google as even file linked doesn't seem to work have other a few things still work and so do not to load again.

I not up on computers but sure try I found china boxes easy to load and mine are older but tried others newer didn't work near as well.

Hey all! Pretty simple problem really. I can get my iptv (movies, tv, live) to work on gseiptv app but when I try on iptvx only live works? Using the xtream details, exactly the same details.

Can anyone make a suggestion?

I have changed my TV settings to developer and downloaded the app this way to get round the app not available in your area problem. the issue I have now is I cant get to the xstream login page? does anyone know how to get round this issue.

Looking to venture into the world of IPTV for the first time. Got one of the first gen Firesticks which is now so slow it’s all but useless!

There’s currently a sale on Amazon UK for both the 4K Firestick (£30) and the Firecube (£70).

Bit torn between either of the devices, or wether I move away from Amazon and go with a formuler box of some sort.

My IPTV use will pretty much be used for sports 95% of the time, so with that in mind don’t know if the firestick will just be perfectly fine, or wether I’d be better off spending a bit more?

Folks - I am currently running iPad/AppleTV/Firestick setup and am looking for ONE app to work across all devices and also store my favorites. Do you have any recommendations?

I'm trying to use XCIPTV with a locally downloaded m3u file that I have in the Downloads directory. I try to enter this file path in the URL box but it does not work.

anyone know how to do it ? Maybe you need to grant permission manually to allow access to the local file.

I tried using the file path or the URI such as file://blah/blah/download.m3u

also tried the plain filepath: /sdcard/..../foo.m3u

EDIT: I can get this to work on other android apps like Tivo and IPTV but would like to try out XCIPTV.

I am in Ontario, Canada, please tell me the implications of not using a VPN. I do have a vpn service for one of the computers that I use and I could easily setup the router to protect the network, but that would affect the location for just general internet use. Money is not an issue so long as the TV it's worth it.

I watch Basketball/Soccer and Hockey and watch movies sometimes.

My living room gets a good amount of sunlight so I worry about reflection issues with TVs.

So, Sony X900H or Sony X950H ?

I am new to this so need some suggestion. I am in the market for a new TV. I was initially thinking of getting one with Android TV OS thinking I could install apps but reading thru the forum I realised its a bad idea. So now I am thinking of getting either a Fire Cube or the new Chromecast. I know it has been suggested that the Shield is the best option but don't want to spend so much. I have a 500 Mbps connection so I am assuming speed wont be an issue (?).

I am a starter in IPTV but I do know about it very well to some extent. Now, I have a guy here in Canada that wants to sell IPTV service to me using Smart STB software for my LG TV. I asked him if VON would be needed/necessary but he said no that he has some guys at the backend that does something I don't understand.

I would like to have my own back... Is there a VPN I could use with this LG Smart TV that won't have me do the following?

1. Use mobile/Computer hotspot
2. Use a computer-OS router in between the network and my TV
3. Note that my home router is network supplied

I’m not very good at understanding device specs, how does the cube cpu stack up vs the shield pro? It seems like it is definitely an upgrade from the Fire TV stick 4k.

I have an IPTV app on my firestick, though whatever I watch the sound is about half a second behind. My provider said I needed to download a VLC which I have done but it’s made no difference. Any ideas how to sync through a VLC?

Forgive me, I am new to this. I just purchased a T95box. I am trying to download the StbEmu from the Google play store. When I click download, I just get a black box with a blue dot on the bottom.
